Our Minimum spends are not inclusive of Staff, Tax, and Service Charge.

Pick-up

Full payment is required to confirm your pick-up order.
Orders under $100 may be scheduled online up to one week in advance. See Online Ordering.
Cancellation Policy: Up to 72 business hours in advance, order is 100% refundable.

Drop-off

Departure from our location is available between the hours of 6:30AM-4:30PM.
Full payment is required to confirm your delivery order.
Orders under $100 may be made through our Online Ordering partners. See Online Ordering.
Orders under $500 are subject to a delivery fee.
Cancellation Policy: Up to 10 business days in advance, order is 100% refundable. After this point, 50% of your total balance is refundable.

Full-Service Catering

Generally, we require two weeks’ notice to book an event however, we can be flexible depending on the scope of your event.
50% deposit required to confirm at the time of booking. The remaining 50% balance is due prior to your event, 14 days in advance of the scheduled date.
Cancellation Policy: Your payment is 100% refundable up to 30 days prior to your event and 50% refundable with 14 days’ notice. Any notice less than 14 days is not refundable, though our team will do its best to offer alternative accommodation when we can.

Cancellations

Upon cancellation, your deposit will be 100 % refundable 30 days prior to the event. 50% of the deposit will be refunded if the event is canceled 14+ days before the scheduled date. We do not offer credits. 

Because we must schedule and prep per order, we are unable to refund any orders canceled less than 14 days in advance of the confirmed event date. If you should need, we are happy to coordinate the donation of your order to one of our non-profit partners.
